If they have not yet publicly confirmed their divorce, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are leaving their Beverly Hills mansion for good as they are selling it for $68 million, according to the Robb Report. It is noted that the famous couple, who have been married since 2022, bought the five-acre estate in May 2023 for $60,805,000.
According to the sale ad in ‘The Agency’, the mansion, which has been “recently renovated to the highest standard”, has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms with white being the dominant color combined with silver and gold accents.
It also includes a detached building housing a fully equipped gym, a boxing ring, a basketball court and a recording studio, a swimming pool behind the main property and overlooking the entire area, a separate 5,000 square foot guesthouse penthouse, a home for the caretaker, as well as a spacious garage for up to 12 cars and parking for 80 more.

The couple is reportedly already living separately, with Affleck to live in an apartment in the Brentwood area a short distance from his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and their children, while Lopez she lives alone in the mansion, and several times over the past two months, the camera has spotted her house-hunting in Los Angeles.
