Zezé Di Camargo demands R$200,000 from influencer after using her image to sell a course

Singer Zezé Di Camargo and his wife, Graciele Lacerda, filed a lawsuit against influencer Vanessa de Oliveira after she used an image of them to sell a course on improving women’s self-esteem. When contacted, Vanessa did not respond to messages.

According to João Mazzieiro and Matheus Pupo, the couple’s lawyers, the lawsuit was filed in the first half of July. According to them, the influencer uses and attacks the image of Zezé and Graciele while marketing her products.

The lawsuit is worth 200 thousand for moral damages, since the name of the course would be “Secret of the Lovers” and would have insinuations about their private life, which would offend their honor and reputation. In an initial move, a request for a preliminary injunction made by the singer’s defense was denied.

“Our next step: we will appeal to the Court of Justice of SP. We will try to reverse the injunction that the judge denied”, says lawyer João Mazzieiro.

On the 11th, Graciele Lacerda and Zezé Di Camargo announced that they are expecting a child. The journalist shared a video telling the news. “Life is not always easy, we all face moments that require overcoming and faith,” began the country singer’s partner of 10 years.

After talking about faith and hope, she said: “I’m pregnant, this is our miracle, proof that God always knows what’s best for us. This is the beginning of a new journey and I’m so excited to share it with you. Never lose hope,” she said.

Zezé also said in the video: “God has a plan, even when we don’t know it. After so much time, prayer and hope, the right time has finally come for a new life.”
