Arthur Aguiar, 35, used social media to denounce an influencer who was allegedly sending his girlfriend, Jheny Santucci, messages she had exchanged with the actor. The BBB 22 winner said he had filed a police report against the woman, who he did not want to identify: “I’m not going to give her a platform. I’m not going to say her name because that’s what she would like me to do. What she did to me is very serious.”

Aguiar announced that he has already filed a police report for spreading fake news and is gathering evidence so that the influencer can answer for other crimes. “She will answer in court. I filed a request for Meta [empresa responsável pelo Instagram] so that she can speak out and show that this dialogue never existed,” he said. “I am also gathering material to report her for moral damages.”

Arthur posted several stories on Tuesday night (23) to show that the video was fake, paying attention to details on the cell phone screen. He pointed out the different battery levels on the device during the alleged exchange of messages. “It was well done, I almost believed it,” the singer joked.

He also warned about the possibility of simulating people’s voices, which is why there is audio in the conversation. “I made a point of coming here to record and show you the difference between a real video and a video edited like hers.”

He then finished: “She committed a crime, in fact, I lost a job today because of her nonsense, that will also be in the process.”
