Zac Efron, 36, decided to reassure his fans on Sunday (4), the day after he was rushed to a hospital in Ibiza, Spain. The actor was found in the pool by employees of the hotel where he was staying. According to the website TMZ, Zac suffered minor injuries after an alleged fall and ended up being hospitalized as a precaution. He was discharged after a few hours in the hospital.
The actor who played the lead character Troy Bolton in the teen trilogy “High School Musical” (2006-2008) updated his health status with a shirtless photo of himself lifting weights while lying on a stability ball. “Happy and healthy – thanks for the well wishes,” he wrote in the caption of the post on social media.
There are still no specific details about the incident, and a representative for Zac Efron only confirmed that he had been hospitalized: “He is fine,” he said in a statement. The actor has been spending the last two months in Europe. In addition to Ibiza, he has also been seen in French cities such as St. Tropez and Paris, and in Mykonos, Greece.
