On the show Summer’s Cool and Isidoros Fikaris was interviewed by Nikolina Nikolouzouthe winner of his last cycle My Style Rocks in a confessional mood about her decision to reveal her transgender identity in the game and open up about her childhood and photos of her as a boy from her childhood.

“I never thought of hiding my identity at My Style Rocks because what makes me who I am is my diversity. I don’t believe we should hide our personality and who we are” said Nikolina Nikolouzou and continued:

“In general, the journey of a transgender woman has many setbacks. There is a great lack of education. I was often faced with doctors who did not know how to deal with me and I should have been more informed, more forward. Fortunately, I never had any problems either in the family or at school. Me and my sister have grown up the same way and with the same treatment from everyone.”

-How do you feel about pictures of little Nikolina?

“The photographs, when I was young, there was a phase of my life, in psychotherapy I had done this, where I put them all in a box and said I would open them at an older age.
Because I wanted to know and love myself first and then visit my little self” and closed by saying:

“When I was younger I received a lot of misbehavior, even stones were thrown at me at school.”
