After complaining about Fábio Jr.’s absence this Sunday (11), on Father’s Day, Fiuk said he was reflecting on his life and “gathering up the courage” to talk about the traumas he has been carrying in recent years. The announcement was made during a party at influencer Carlinhos Maia’s farm, located in São Miguel dos Milagres, Alagoas.
Maia recorded a conversation with the actor on Instagram stories: “Are you feeling better? Stay well,” she said. Fiuk then responded. “If I wasn’t here now, I would be suffering. I’m starting to build up the courage to assert myself more, to talk about the things I’ve been through in recent years.”
The actor and singer continued: “I’m building up the courage to say things. I see you [Carlinhos Maia] talking and I wonder why I’m not real like that?”, he concluded.
The controversy involving Fiuk and Fábio Jr. began with a post on social media, where the former BBB lamented the singer’s distance: “Happy Father’s Day to you, who even though you were absent left an important mark on my life. Dad, I can’t even explain how much pain it is to have you so far away. It’s sad to feel that someone who should give you love, support and affection doesn’t even want to know about you,” he vented.
Fiuk, who admitted that he misses Fábio Jr. every day, received support from his older sister, Cleo, and his former stepmother and mother of the singer’s youngest son, Záion, Mari Alexandre. She tagged two emojis, one of which was a broken heart. At the end of 2023, Fiuk’s absence from a family photo at Christmas drew attention. He also did not participate in the show celebrating Fábio Jr.’s 70th birthday in November.
