Starting her career at a young age, Anastasia Tsilibiou essentially came of age in the field of acting and surely all this made her see many things differently. Is she worried about getting a job? Has he accepted an offer to participate in a reality show? Which one did she want to go to since she was little? The actress answers all these and more speaking in the upcoming So.

-Have you ever regretted becoming an actor, because of the insecurity of the profession?

“There’s always anxiety about what the next step will be, but I’m trying as I get older to realize that it doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with me if I’m not cast in a series or a play. There are so many reasons behind it that many times it is not in my power to do anything. So whatever is going to happen, will happen… And if for one season I don’t manage to book television but only theater, it’s enough to do what I love.”

-Have you ever been offered to take part in a reality show?

“We have all been accepted (laughs). Participating in a reality show, however, is not something I’m interested in. What I would have liked from a young age when I danced was to take part in Dancing with the stars.”

-You seem to be a girl who has found herself very well. Is this due to psychotherapy?

“Of course I do psychotherapy. Whenever I feel this need, it is the best thing for me. My soul empties and calms down. Psychotherapy is the best gift a person can give themselves. It’s still taboo to talk about mental health and I don’t understand why. I think if we all went to a psychologist, a lot of problems in society would be solved… I applaud every person who goes to a psychologist and does psychotherapy and has the guts to look at himself in the mirror and say that there are some things I need to change.”

-What is the biggest lesson you learned from psychotherapy about yourself?

“First of all I am blessed to have a family that gave me a proper education. So psychotherapy gave me the foundations to open a proper relationship with myself. Evil starts from within, if we have problems then we only see those around us as a threat. So if you realize what is wrong with you, you will be able to see the world differently. You have to respond to meanness with kindness, because you make the other person realize that he is a fool (laughs)”.
