For Stavros Niarchos Hallopens the presale for Charles Gounod’s opera “Faust” (April 6-17) under the musical direction of Pierre Dumousso and directed by Renato Giannella, for the co-production of ELS and NEON The Artist on the Composer, with a second assignment to George Lanthimos (May 6-8 ), for the production of the ELS Ballet “3 Rooms” (May 18-25) choreographed by Konstantinos Rigos, Girzi Killian, Ohad Naharin and for the opera by Angelos Triantafyllos “Mesa Chora” (July 8-13) with music by Elias Voudouri and directed by Nikos Karathanos.
It is noted that for his productions Hero of “Rigolettos” (2-11 June) and “Tosca” (July 28-31) the pre-sale will start based on the program of the Athens Festival.
For Alternative Scenethe pre-sale starts for the concert series “Days of Worship Music / Alternative Stage Piano Festival ELS 2022” (April 7-10), for the performance-concert “Hello to Emptiness” (April 16, 17), with artistic direction and stage by Stefan Tirs and musical composition and direction by Martha Mavroidi, for the concert series “Tribute to Iannis Xenakis” (May 7, 8, 20, 22, 26) and for the concert “Mikis Theodorakis: Lyric Icons” (May 12-15) in music edited and orchestrated by Giannis Belonis and performed by Giannis Kotsiras, within the three-year cycle “Mikis Theodorakis”.
