Demi Moore she has spoken many times in the past about how hard she was on herself. The 61-year-old actress recently revealed that she ‘harbored’ an inexplicable hatred of herself while discussing her latest role as Elizabeth Sparkle in the film “The Substance”.
The actress told The Guardian newspaper that in the 1990s women were not considered attractive unless they were thin.

In fact, she said that she feels sorry for herself, referring to the diets she did all these years. “Really, this is violence. How violent can we be to ourselves… How brutal?”the famous actress wondered.
And Demi Moore continued: “Self-criticism, the pursuit of perfection, the effort to get rid of ‘imperfections’, also the feeling of rejection and hopelessness, none of these are exclusively for women”as he noted that men also feel insecure about their bodies.
