Lenny Kravitz maintains his fit body on a strict vegetarian and mostly raw diet and works out five or six days a week.
“I’m really pushing myself to get stronger. I’ve been training pretty hard, like a top athlete, for the past two years. Because it’s all about longevity now. And also to prepare my mind. It all works together”he explained himself.
