- Men lift a 12kg barbell and do as many reps as they can.
- The men wear a special outfit and become targets of their partners, who throw tennis balls.
- Have the men stand on a bench with glasses full of flour and, blowing hard, take out the balls inside.
- Pairs to play musical chairs and collect the five points.
- The two couples who reach the final round play basketball! But who will score the most baskets?
