Samara Felippo demands R$11 million from Leandrinho, but the court finds no money in the athlete’s accounts

Actress Samara Felippo is fighting a legal battle against her ex-husband and father of her daughters, basketball player Leandrinho Barbosa. According to an action that the F5 had access, she charges him more than R$11 million for the sale of a property. When contacted, the athlete did not respond.

According to the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice, a search for the athlete’s accounts was carried out, but no values ​​were found. Therefore, it is up to Samara to indicate the assets subject to seizure so that the process is not archived. She has five days to do so.

The amount she asks to be blocked is R$11,760,508.15. It is not yet possible to anticipate the future procedures of the process, as they depend on the petitions filed by the parties.

In March, Samara used social media to vent about the lawsuit she has against her ex-husband. The actress reported in a video that she bought a house with him and put a down payment on an apartment that she had bought before getting married. Only when they separated, ten years ago, did she discover that the house was in his brother’s name.

In Samara’s version, the property has already been sold and she never received anything, neither in the division of assets nor at the time of the sale. Although the Brazilian justice system has legal resources to protect people against this type of situation, the actress states that to this day her case has not been resolved.

Samara and Leandrinho were married for five years and are parents to Alicia, 14, and Lara, 10. The player, who currently lives in the USA, where he plays for the NBA, is also the father of Isabela and Laura with another woman.
