Michael Jackson’s jacket and John Lennon’s first sound amplifier, which he used with the Beatles, are expected to sell for hundreds of thousands of dollars at auction.

More than 350 rare and unique musician memorabilia will be up for sale at the Propstore auction on November 15, including instruments, handwritten lyrics and autographs.

Clothing worn and used by late music stars including George Michael, Prince and Jimi Hendrix, as well as recent chart toppers Harry Styles and Stormzy are also up for auction.

A black and gold military-style jacket from the private collection of Norwegian rapper Omer Bhatti, who is a friend of the Jackson family, is expected to fetch up to €240,000. Framed lyrics to Michael Jackson’s classic song ‘Beat It’ said to have been written by the singer himself are estimated to sell for up to €96,000.

Beatles singer John Lennon’s first audio amplifier from 1962 is expected to sell for between €120,000 and €240,000 and the ‘A Life With The Beatles’ booklet, signed by Sir Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Sir Ringo Starr is estimated to be acquired by a collector at the price of 12,000 euros. A polyphonic, analog synthesizer used by the late star Prince is expected to sell for up to €120,000.
