Pamela Anderson returns to the big screen with Gia Coppola’s The Last Showgirl.

The upcoming production premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September, where it received positive reviews. This was followed by a festival trip with screenings in San Sebastián where it received the Special Jury Prize, Zurich, Denver and Miami.

A few hours ago Roadside Attractions unveiled the official trailer, set in Las Vegas where Pamela Anderson plays Shelley, a glamorous showgirl at a crossroads as her theatrical production comes to an end.

It co-stars Academy Award winner Jamie Lee Curtis as Shelley’s waitress and trusted friend, and Dave Bautista as her manager and ex-lover, who breaks the bad news about the show to her.

Joining them are Brenda Song, Kiernan Shipka and Billie Lourd.

‘The Last Showgirl’ marks the star’s return to the big screen since 2017 when she starred as CJ Parker in ‘Baywatch’

The script is written by Kate Gersten, while the production was undertaken by Robert Schwartzman, Natalie Farrey and Gia Coppola.

The film will be screened in Los Angeles on December 13, with an official theatrical release expected on January 10, 2025.
