Neymar, 32, has yet another luxury penthouse to call his own. The player purchased a property in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, for US$54.4 million, approximately R$314 million at the current price. The Al-Hilal striker’s new residence, located in the Middle East, occupies an entire floor of Bugatti Residences by Binghatti, the French luxury car brand’s first residential development.
The building is located in Business Bay, Dubai’s commercial center, and will have 171 apartments and 11 penthouses. Neymar acquired one of them, which has four suites, a large living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, complete facilities, an exclusive elevator for cars and a private pool with panoramic views of the city.
Neymar and Bruna Biancardi personally chose the penthouse, which is expected to be delivered in 2026. This Monday (18), the couple participated in the signing ceremony of the property’s purchase and sale contract. Bugatti’s head of sales, Abdullah Binghatti, and other company executives were also present at the event, which aroused the curiosity of the local press.
