The famous photographer captured the royal couple of Spain in separate portraits.

King Felipe, 56, posed majestically in his military uniform with decorations and the blue silk ribbon of the Grand Cross with Collar order.

But the one who impresses is the – anyway beautiful – 52-year-old Queen Letitia, who posed more like a Hollywood star than a member of the royal family of Spain, in a vintage gown Balenciaga and no tiara.

The portraits are part of the Bank of Spain’s exhibition, with the title “The Tyranny of Time” (La tiranía de Cronos) inspired by Greek mythology.

The royal couple of Spain were photographed by Leibovitz in the Madrid palace, the luxurious “Gasparini” room, on February 7, 2024 in accordance with the Bank of Spain’s wish that the new portrait of the Queen be special and different from the rest.
