Adriane Galisteu says she is considering telling her version of the story with Ayrton Senna: ‘You’ll love it’

The controversial romance between Adriane Galisteu, 51, and Ayrton Senna (1960 – 1994) returned to the center of public debate after the release of the series “Senna” (Netflix).

Galisteu, who was historically excluded by family members from the pilot and had her appearance reduced in the series, said this Monday (2) that she is thinking about telling her version of the events.

In a video published on her Instagram profile, the Fazenda (Record) presenter thanked her fans for their support, praised Netflix’s production and raised the possibility of making her own film, series or documentary.

“I want to thank you for your care and affection with me. I know how curious you are to know my opinion on everything that is happening”, said the presenter. “All the tributes already paid to Ayrton are deserved. We have an obligation to perpetuate his story for all generations, I am the first to see and applaud”, he continued. “Everything is beautiful and very thoughtful.”

“Ayrton’s story is much bigger than my relationship with him. My relationship with him was the last year and a half of his life. However, it was by my side and this story also belongs to me.”

“What’s happening now is life as it is, and as it has always been, at least for me,” she continued about the controversies. “The only news is that maybe I’m considering the possibility of telling you about the last year and a half of my life with him. And I think you’ll love it,” said the presenter.

Fan reaction was positive. “I felt like she was approached to tell her version of them, I think that’s coming,” commented an X user. “Now she’s going to release the doc[umentário] her and the crying will be free”, celebrated another. “We want a documentary with the real widow telling everything and a little more”, cried another fan.
