Discover the nominees for the F5 Award in the supporting, new and children’s categories; vote

The time has come to reward actors for roles that, even though they are not central to stories, were essential to outstanding productions of the year. The F5 Awards return to celebrate the best in the world of entertainment and pop culture in 2024, in 25 categories: television, cinema, music, celebrities, internet and much more.

This year, the awards adopt genderless categories. So, instead of separating actors and actresses, the nominees compete together in the supporting role category — in soap operas, series and films. Don’t forget that voting is open until December 18th.

For the secondary roles category, Adriana Esteves qualified for her performance in “Mania de Você” (Globo). Full of improvisations and subtle references to other works, Mércia’s scenes alongside Chay Suede’s character, in fact, attract and entertain part of the public on social media.

She competes alongside Carol Castro, the interpreter of Clarice in “Garota do Momento”, and Isadora Cruz, who gives life to the explosive Rochelle in “Volta Por Cima”.

The remake of “Renascer”, which last aired at the beginning of September, also secured a place in the category, with the nomination of Edvana Carvalho, who played the sensitive cook Inácia in the plot.

Valentina Herszage is another name competing for her role as Vera, Veroca, eldest daughter of Eunice and Rubens Paiva in “Still I’m Here”, a film that has already attracted more than two million spectators to the cinema.

In fact, the production, based on a true story, chose two other contestants for children’s roles: Cora Mora, Babiu, and Guilherme Silveira, interpreter of Marcelo Rubens Paiva, author of the book of the same name, when he was still a child.

Competing with them are Sabrina Souza, who plays the character Milena in the series “Turma da Mônica: Origens”, on Globoplay, and Vítor Valle, Inácio from the series “Pedaço de Mim” (Netflix). The soap opera “No Rancho Fundo” has the representative Tomás de França, who played the youngest Juquinha in the plot.

In the revelation category, Duda Santos qualified for her portrayal of Maria Santa in “Renascer”, which led to her being cast as the protagonist of “Garota do Momento”. The singer Xamã, who debuted on screen in the same soap opera, was nominated for the character Damião.

They have as competitors Bárbara Luz, from “I’m Still Here”, Bento Veiga, from “Pedaço de Mim” and Larissa Bocchino, from “No Rancho Fundo”. And there? Have you cast your vote today?
