Announced eight months ago on a real estate website, the mansion that belonged to Elis Regina (1945-1982) has not received many proposals. Therefore, the current owner decided to lower the value by R$500,000. From R$8 million, the three-story property overlooking the sea in São Conrado, in Rio de Janeiro, is now worth R$7.5 million. Despite this, the mansion has been rented out quite frequently for events.

Purchased in 1967, the singer lived there until 1972, but the property was always associated with her name. The 350 square meter house is a project by architect Fernando Portuguese and follows the 1950s style with tall doors and wooden windows.
The facade walls are blue and white and inside there is a more neutral palette. There are three bedrooms, a suite, large living room, bathroom, toilet, swimming pool, dry sauna and deck overlooking the beach.
The property has belonged, since 2011, to a French executive, owner of a company specializing in high-luxury properties, and was available for rent at a cost of R$5,000 per night.
Elis bought the house when she started living with music producer and composer Ronaldo Bôscoli. The wedding party took place there and the first birthdays of the couple’s son, João Marcello Bôscoli, were celebrated at the mansion.
