It’s already Christmas! If you haven’t yet decided what to serve as dessert for dinner, some celebrities can help you. THE F5 brought together names that we love to see on television, in cinemas and on social media, and they shared their most delicious Christmas recipes.

Clara Moneke, who shone this year in “Vai na Fé” and “No Rancho Fundo” (Globo), taught her grandmother’s walnut cake recipe, which was passed on to her and the rest of the family.

“My grandmother always made it when she was able to stay in the kitchen all day preparing the best Christmas dinner. Today she can’t anymore and she passes the recipe on to us. I think that’s the most beautiful thing, because the recipe doesn’t die They will be in my life for all my Christmases”, said the actress.

Influencer Franciny Ehlke likes to prepare a grape bonbon, a tradition in her family. “I always look forward to this moment to enjoy this dessert that I love,” said the makeup artist.

Pedro Goifman, Guto from “Garota do Momento” (Globo), invented his own recipe: popcorn with spices. It may seem strange, having little to do with the dishes traditionally prepared at this time of year, but the actor promises that it’s worth trying: “At Christmas about five years ago, I felt like eating popcorn and people were arriving. I prepared it. a lot and I started offering it saying it was ‘Christmas popcorn’. It was a huge success. “It became our family tradition. People loved it and I started making it every year.”

CLARA MONEKE NUT PIE

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs

• 2 tablespoons of butter

• 1 and a half cups of sugar

• 1 and a half cups of wheat flour

• 1 and a half cups of crushed walnuts (blended in a blender)

• A handful of whole walnuts for garnish

• 1 tablespoon of baking powder

• Sugar to grease the mold

Preparation method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, butter and sugar until a homogeneous cream is formed.

3. Add the wheat flour and crushed walnuts, mixing well until combined.

4. Add the yeast and stir gently.

5. Grease a pan with butter and, instead of flour, use sugar to create a crispy crust.

6. Pour the dough into the greased pan and distribute some whole walnuts on top to decorate.

7. Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the cake.

8. Let it cool before unmolding.

*Grandma’s tip: The crushed walnuts add an intense flavor and the whole walnuts on top make the cake even more special!

GRAPE BOMB BY FRANCINY EHLKE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 500 grams of dark chocolate

  • Seedless grapes

Preparation method:

1. In a pan, add the condensed milk and butter and heat, stirring constantly until it reaches brigadeiro consistency;

2.Pour the contents into a container and let it cool;

3. Then add the seedless grapes until all the cream is covered;

4. Melt the dark chocolate, adding the cream and mixing well;

5. Pour the chocolate over the grapes and cream until everything is covered;

6. Let it chill for three hours and serve.

*Tip: before serving, cover with chocolate shavings to decorate.

CHRISTMAS POPCORN BY PEDRO GOIFMAN

Ingredients (all to taste):

  • Popcorn

  • Oil or olive oil

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • ⁠Monosodium Glutamate

  • Various seasonings: curry, paprika, black pepper, oregano, cinnamon

Preparation method:

1. Heat the oil or olive oil in a pan and add the corn

2. Cover the pan and stir

3. Add the butter

4. When ready, pour it into another container

5. Add salt, monosodium glutamate and each of the seasonings
