The “And Just Like That…” star shares the magic of Christmas through her favorite traditions that she keeps alive each year
Actress Kristin Davis has just finished filming the third season of the popular series “And Just Like That…” and is ready to enjoy some rest and relaxation time with her two children, 13-year-old Gemma Rose and 6-year-old Wilson.
“We’ve just finished filming season three so I’m sure we’ll all need time to rest and recover in 2025.” she said in an interview with Hello!. Referring to her co-stars Sarah Jessica Parker and Cynthia Nixon, she revealed that “they always communicate during the holidays.”
The star shares the magic of Christmas through her her favorite traditions which maintains alive every year.
“The baking christmas cookies it’s a tradition I love. We have a family recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation, and I love the sense of connection it gives me not only to my childhood, but also to the moments I create with my family.” he emphasized.
Among her favorite habits, she singles out decoration of christmas tree with ornaments he has been collecting for years. This year, she chose decorations from the Made51 Holiday Collection. These are 24 handmade ornaments, made by refugees in collaboration with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, of which the actress has been a Goodwill Ambassador since 2017.
“It’s always great to hear about where these ornaments come from and the talented people who created them” notes about the collection, in which each object is accompanied by a story that reveals its tradition, the journey or the host community of the creators.
“My kids love the animal designs like the ‘snow leopard’ made by Afghan refugees. My favorites are the beaded pieces, especially the ‘Blossom of Hope’, which is made by women in South Sudan.” explains.
“I would like my children to grow up realizing that generosity and kindness are not limited to the holiday season, but are values they should always carry with them.” he adds.
The star, beloved as ‘Charlotte York’ on ‘Sex and the City’ will launch a new podcast called ‘Are You a Charlotte?” which will premiere on January 13.
