OR Jennifer Aniston shared in an interview on “Allure” that she has developed a strong relationship with her body saying characteristically that “we really love each other”.

“We have to love it. He’s doing his best. He’s been with us since the day we’re born, so we can’t be too hard on him,” said the famous actress.

“Of course, we will all grow older, but how can we thrive as we grow older? This is about giving your body the attention it deserves…the body changes, the skin relaxes. But that’s natural. It’s part of life, and I prefer to see it as a story written on my body. It’s the story of my life.”

When asked how he approaches aging, he answers “with positivity and gratitude.”

“I try not to think about growing up. I try not to think about age. The world will always be there telling us what the age is and what women should do in society. We can make our own rules,” Aniston emphasized, stressing that she places equal importance on her mental health at a time when external stimuli are often negative.

“I’m a big advocate of not being hard on ourselves because the world is so mean right now and so aggressive and negative. So why do this to ourselves?” he wondered.

Between health and fitness she follows her own philosophy. As he said he has the 80/20 approach which means: “Eighty percent healthy living and 20 percent is: going for a martini, eating pizza and burgers and staying up late with your friends. There has to be a balance,” concluded the actress.
