At the time, he was sentenced to eight months of detention for the offenses and received restrictive penalties, which forced him to pay an indemnity of $ 70,000. Subsequently, the sentence was converted to the provision of community services, but the backcountry would not have served the penalty.

Fernanda Lima’s defense sent a note to F5 stating that the presenter has not followed the case since “the conviction.” “It is important to emphasize that Fernanda has not requested any measure in this regard, as there is no more participation in the case in this phase of the process.”

The MPRJ requested the Rio Court of Justice to replace the restrictive penalty of rights imposed on the coast with deprivation of liberty. If the state court welcomes the request, the backcountry can be arrested at any time. “The IV Special Criminal Court of the Capital informs that the MPRJ manifested itself for the conversion of the restrictive penalty of rights in deprivation of liberty,” says the statement sent to F5. Eduardo Costa used social networks to comment on the request of the prosecutor. The singer denied being convicted in the action filed by Fernanda.
