Paolla Oliveira, 42, says goodbye to the position of Battery Queen of Grande Rio and, with each technical rehearsal, confirms how dear to the components of the Duque de Caxias association. “Linda”, “Wonderful” and “Hot” are some of the compliments the actress receives from people and thanks us with a smile, sometimes with a handshake (with the heat in the 40 degrees, hugs are not always pleasant) .

In conversation with the F5she did not hesitate to be pointed out by other women as a symbol in the struggle for the acceptance of real bodies and justified: “What I can say is that all female themes are important, and I will always talk, position myself,” he said. “Regarding the real body, there are hundreds of women making this movement in life, because it is the body that we carry not only in Carnival, but in life. I am one more in the fight for the real body.”

Paolla also spoke of female representativeness at Carnival, not just like muses or highlights. In samba schools, the number of rhythmists and principals is increasing. “I think this is amazing, and this happens in various sectors of Carnival. Many women are already occupying the most important posts, which were mostly male. I like. I like to look back (inside the drums) and see my girls. powerful”.

The actress gave no details about the costume she will wear in Sapucaí. “Gata, are you wanting gold like that, in my face? I have to keep a certain suspense,” joked the actress.

The report found that, since September, Paolla has been working with designer Bruno Oliveira, in São Paulo, and has done several costume events. “I know people are in the most expectation because the jaguar thing last year was really beautiful, but I think trying to repeat that effect would be a mistake.”

Paolla then went on: “It’s a beautiful fantasy. I was thinking for a long time on how you could do different from all you’ll wear, and she’s … (laughs), you know? I can say I’m happy with the costume.”
