On Sunday, March 9th, Eftichis and Electra explore the island outside Ermoupolis. In Ano Meria reach the top of Pyrgos, the highest point of the island and then to the isolated and wilder upper side of Syros. They visit the village of San Michalis with the homonymous chapel, the ancient quarry and the isolated beaches in the northwest. They see the ancient settlements of the island and the famous Cave of Ferekides.
In the southern part of the island, which is the most touristy with enchanting beaches and picturesque creeks, enjoy the beach of Vari, Mega Gialos, Poseidonia, Kini and all sites heard in Markos Vamvakari’s Fragosirian, Pharigas, Foikas, Paradikas
Finally, they walk on a steep path to reach one of the most impressive Cyclades churches, Saint Stefanos built in a cave by the sea.
