“I start from the corners of the mouth and draw the outline a little out of the natural lips line,” Phillips explains via Instagram. “At these points, I stay as close as possible to the natural line and simply extend it to the upper and lower lip,” he continues.

“Then I slightly emphasize the Cupid’s Bow (the centerpiece of the upper lip), following its natural shape. Then, I take a soft brush and turn off the border for a more natural effect. Finally, I use a little concealer with a thin brush to clean the edges and perfect the shape. “

Phillips completes the look with lip gloss, and the end result is so natural and balanced, that it creates the illusion of lips lips, so much that many can believe that there is a slight filler intervention! (Maybe this is the reason behind the rumors of Kendall Jenner’s Lip Fillers …).
