Defendant for Estelionato, Nego Di launches biography called ‘Volta for $ IMA’

Former BBB Nego Di, a defendant for estelionato and electronic fraud, is launching his biography entitled to a dollarm in the title: “Back for $ IMA”.

Nego Di has been on provisional freedom since November last year, when he received habeas corpus after four months in prison in Canoas (RS). He is accused of injuring more than 370 clients from his online store, via appliances sold and never delivered (or compensated).

To realize the dream of publishing her biography, Nego Di hired publisher Carol Diaz, who has clients such as Sonia Abram, Rodriguinho and Samara Felippo.

“Life is not just cancellation. There is much more to leave in the world, like a great legacy construction,” says Nego Di in a note sent to the press to publicize the book.

“People cannot decide when others have to shut up or not. The internet and the world need to be a democracy. If I want to talk, I have to be able to have a voice,” he says, who is prohibited by the Superior Court of Justice to attend social networks.

The decision is part of the precautionary measures that were imposed on the accused under habeas corpus. Nego Di had more than seven million followers when he was arrested. Justice understands that he would have used his own image to increase the reach of the ads of his online store, Tadizuera.

He also had his passport, is prohibited from traveling and changing address without judicial authorization and is required to periodically appear in court to justify his activities.

Remember the case

Nego Di and his partner, Anderson Boneti, arrested since July 2023, are accused of creating a fraud scheme through the Tadizuera online store, which sold appliances and electronics. More than 370 alleged victims would have bought products such as televisions, cell phones and air conditioners, which were never delivered or compensated. The crimes would have occurred between March 18 and July 26, 2022.

The calculation of the Civil Police indicates that the financial movement in bank accounts linked to Nego DI at the time exceeded R $ 5 million.

In December, the Rio Grande do Sul Court authorized the accused to change state to Santa Catarina. He currently lives in a noble neighborhood of Florianópolis.
