Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt, Hollywood heartthrobes and powerful figures from the American film industry, have been fighting a dispute for Mikey Madison, 25. Their interest by the Oscar winner of best actress, won last month, would be purely professional.
The protagonist of “Anora”, according to Intouch Weekly magazine, is all that the actors – which are also producers – want to have in the cast of their next films. The publication states that the two congratulated her personally and would have already contacted their entrepreneurs to make work proposals.
“It’s the girl of the moment,” says the magazine, who goes further: “There is a great dispute over who will hire her for her next movie and the tone and Brad are in the lead.”
Pitt played with Mikey in ‘Once Upon a Time in… Hollywood’ (2019), and would be “anxious” for the actress to sign with her producer, Plan B. He and Cruise are not exactly great friends, yet according to the magazine. They worked together once, in ‘interview with the vampire’ (1994), and would have disagreed behind the scenes.
Tom Cruise runs out, but would be “excited and committed” to partner with Mikey, always looking for great talents and names that bring audience and repercussion to his films. “He considers her ‘full package’,” says the publication.
