Defense gets habeas corpus, and former Faustão Bailorin leaves prison after four months

After four months arrested in the female public jail of Franco da Rocha, a city of São Paulo located just over six hours from the capital, Natacha Horana is about to leave the place. The defense of the former Faustão Bailorin got Habeas Corpus, and now she will be under house arrest.

Natacha is accused of participation in a money laundering scheme linked to drug trafficking. According to the Rio Grande do Norte Court complaint, made in November 2024, the businesswoman also bought luxury items and paid trips with money from criminal organizations. R $ 15 million would have been moved in ten years without proven origin.

Judge Roberto Guedes Lima of the TJ-RN (Rio Grande do Norte Court of Justice) was the one who granted Habeas Corpus and the former candy should leave prison on Friday morning (28). After release, it will be subjected to a series of precautionary measures established by the court, such as blocking bank accounts, the obligation to attend the acts of the process, the need to communicate previously trips and the prohibition of contact with other defendants.

In a note sent to F5, Lawyer Daniel Bialski celebrated the revocation of the arrest, but regretted the “excessive delay of justice to recognize the lack of evidence against Natacha Horana.” The defense also acknowledged that the process will follow and stressed: “We are fully convinced that, in the end, our client will be acquitted of the imputations that fall to it.”
