Performer of the character Raquel in the remake of “Vale Tudo” (Globo), actress Taís Araujo, 46, reported a case of racism suffered by her son, João Vicente, 14, in a luxury condominium.

“My son is reading Carolina Maria de Jesus in the eighth grade. My daughter [Maria Antônia, 10] I was studying the samba schools. They are learning about the culture of the country. This is already a very different event from my time. But we warn all the time: ‘You are not the same as your friend,’ ”he added.
