‘Emily in Paris’: Camille Razat decides to leave series to ‘explore new horizons’

Camille Razat, 31, surprised fans of Netflix’s “Emily in Paris” series by announcing her farewell to production to “explore new horizons.” She reported her decision on social networks on Wednesday (23), highlighting the importance of the character Camille, Gabriel’s girlfriend (Lucas Bravo), in her career. The French actress also said she left her doors open for a possible return to the plot.

Razat had already appeared in photos of renewal of the series for season fifth, published in September 2024. “After an incredible journey, I made the decision to move away from” Emily in Paris. “It was a truly wonderful experience, full of growth, creativity and unforgettable memories,” she wrote in her farewell text.

Camille continued: “This character meant a lot to me, and I feel that its story came naturally to the end. It seemed the right time to explore new horizons. I leave the series with nothing but love for the cast, team and fans that supported us along the way. Thanks for the beautiful journey.”

She also said she has completed two series in recent months, “Nero” and “The Lost Station Girls” and has launched her own producer to Tazar. The castmates of “Emily in Paris They left several comments in the publication, wishing luck in the new endeavor.
