Gwyneth Paltrow has announced that he had eating foods that previously restricted -lodging natural fermentation bread, pasta and cheese -after following a rigorous paleolithic diet for several years.

The American Oscar -winning American actress who became a health guru defended the benefits of a series of different diets by promoting her lifestyle business.

In this week’s episode of her podcast The Goop, she said, “I became a macrobiotic hardcore for a while, it was an interesting chapter where I was obsessed with a very healthy diet.”

Paltrow stated that he began to be interested in “well-being and food” as a result of his father’s throat cancer, but has now expanded his food choices.

‘Strict on this for so long’

The paleolithic diet is based on the idea that if we eat like our ancestors, we will be healthier and reduce the risk of certain diseases.

“I really deepened my connection with food and all the philosophy of macrobiotics, which is basically the way you eat in the mountains of Japan, so it’s very local, very seasonal,” she explained.

“Lots of fish, vegetables, vegetables, rice, without dairy, without sugar, etc.”

The actress admitted that during this period she “perhaps was a little teacher about it.” “I felt so well that I wanted to share this with my father, my friends and my family.”

She said she was “intoxicated by the idea” that if she and her loved ones they kept hydrated and eat “whole foods”, “we could feel much better.”

The actress added that she still believes in this, to some extent, but that things “got a little more complicated” as she got older, about “inflammation and health issues.”

“This is why Brad (Falchuk, co -creator of the” Glee“, Her husband) and I became paleo a few years ago -But, to be honest, I’m a little tired of it, “she added.

“I’m eating natural fermentation bread again and a little cheese -ready, I said. And a little pasta, after being strict about it for so long.”

“But once again, I think it’s a good model, right? Eating foods that are as whole and fresh as possible. I think no doctor or nutritionist would refrain from it, it’s a good starting point.”

‘Balanced and nutritious diet’

Priya Tew, nutritionist of the Dietitian UK organization and spokesman for the British Nutritionist Association (BDA), said it was “great to know” that Paltrow was “turning back to his very restrictive diet.”

“This is definitely a good thing,” she told BBC.

“Carbohydrates are a vital part of our diet, providing fiber, vitamins B and energy. They are also fundamental to our intestinal microbiome, and provide taste and pleasure to meals.”

“It looks like Gwyneth is adopting a more balanced and nutritious diet. Considering her sphere of influence, it’s good to know that she is thinking it beneficial.”

“Nutrition research shows us that cutting entire food groups is not good for our overall health,” she adds.

“We need diversity and variety to help us meet all our nutritional needs, to give our diets flavor, avoid monotony and also to provide pleasure!”

After leaving Hollywood in recent times to focus on health and well-being, Paltrow is ready to return to the cinema screens alongside Timothée Chalamet in the movie “Marty Supreme.”

She won the Oscar for best actress in 1999 for her performance in the movie “Shakespeare in loveand also participated in “Case with chance and a series of later Marvel films.
