On Sunday, May 25, at 9pm, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) invites the audience to Stavros Niarchos Park dome on a unique musical journey to the enigmatic world of great director David Lynch, with free entry.
One night in the unknown where music meets the mystery, poetry and cinematic genius of the iconic creator.
Through dreamy sound landscapes that move between dream pop melodies, hypnotry country ballads, jazz patterns and eerie electronic sounds, viewers will experience an experience hovering between reality and imagination.
Actors Vassiliki Driva and Alkis Bakoyannis open the night with a preface to David Lynch’s labyrinth, while George Zervos assumed the music direction with a group of excellent artists performing songs from his soundtracks.
Among other things we will hear the ‘FallingJulee Cruise from the suspicious world of Twin Peaks, the television series that left the season, “In Dreams»By Roy Orbison from masterpiece blue velvet and ‘Love me»By Elvis Presley from Wild at Heart.
