Since Sunday, May 11th and for two episodes, we are preparing for a journey full of magic and authenticity, because Happy Traveler visits Northern Ireland, one of the four countries in the United Kingdom. In the first part, travelers discover Belfast, Glenarm, Carnlough and the picturesque seaside village of Cushendall.

They start exploring the castle of Belfast, an impressive mansion in Cave Hill Country Park. They continue with a visit to the Cathedral and the imposing town hall, as they stroll through the historic city center, enjoying the beautiful buildings and the legendary Ulster Hall, where Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven” was heard for the first time.

They pass through the luxurious Victoria Square commercial complex for shopping and city views, and of course there is no missing visit to authentic Irish pubs, full of character and local flavors. But they also explore Belfast’s artistic side at Bobby Sands Mural, known for political graffiti, stop in the British neighborhood and opera, and do not miss the renowned Titanic Museum and the city’s historic shipbuilding zone.

They complete the day with a stroll to the lighthouse on Molos, before they take the road to the seaside villages of Glenarm, Carnlough and Cushendall. They try traditional Irish flavors, meet the hospitable locals and know the culture of the area closely.
