Erika Januza recalls difficult period in her career: ‘I had no money to pay rent’

Presenter of the fair skirt, Erika Januza does not hide that she has crossed difficult periods from the financial point of view in the more than 15 years of career. She says this occurred even after the debut at Globo as protagonist of the series “Suburbia” (2012) and then amended a role in the soap opera “Em Family” (2014), aired in the 21h range.

“In 2016, I had no money to pay my rent,” he said during the Black Festival, promoted by Globo in Rio de Janeiro. “I was going back to Minas Gerais because I had no money and had already done soap opera, protagonist…”

Despite the perrengues, Erika said she is happy to have not given up. “I think I did the right things, with a lot of struggle and with that feeling of putting my head on the pillow,” he said. “I didn’t have to go over anyone, I was honest, and I believe it is possible to do things that way, you know?”

The actress says she understands that nothing comes without much effort for much of the population, but encourages people to persist in their goals. “It is possible, yes, to conquer your space. It is not easy, it is no use romanticize, but it is possible,” he said.

Erika also announced that she will record another season of “Archangel Renegado,” she star in Globoplay. About a possible return to soap operas, she said she was unlikely at the moment. “In addition to the series, I have two movies to run. Who knows in 2026? I’ll cheer,” he said.
