Married to Laís Caldas, 33, also former BBB and dermatologist specializing in aesthetic procedures, Gustavo commented in a good mood: “There are people saying I’m different… Good.”
The former brother’s new appearance has shared opinions among netizens. “It’s beautiful, but no longer moves the face, no! You’re very beautiful,” wrote @marcelwa12. Another, Caio Pedro, commented in a criticism tone: “Excessive procedure.”

This was not the first aesthetic change made by Marsengo. In November 2024, he submitted to a hair transplant.
