Daughters by Silvio Santos find letter written by his father about secrets of success

by

Leonardo Volpato

Nine months after the death of Silvio Santos (1930-2024), the presenter’s daughters found a letter written by him with his own fist and decided to give copies of the material to SBT employees.

The content of the letter went viral on social networks and shows the search for Silvio Santos for professional success.

In the text (read the full below), Silvio begins by saying that he always believed in luck, but also in the ability of each man to work his own destiny.

In another time, it highlights the positive points to succeed in the professional area. “I never put in key hosts men who do not know how to obey, no one can learn to send without first learning to obey. I have had an unqualified faith in God, but I never hope He does my work,” he wrote.

With a good mood, the presenter also wrote that “since he was very young, I practice two precepts: work hard and spend little”. And he stressed that if a person is pacing with the first success, large or small, he is lost. “Life is a struggle that should only end with death,” he pointed out in the letter.

More to the end of the document, Silvio says he learned much more from what his enemies said than friends, and that he trusted little in others and more. “I try to do everything perfectly. It’s an obsession that I can’t heal.”
