R $ 3.5 million and nostalgic blazer mark Neymar’s charity event

A night of luxury, solidarity and celebrities marked the 5th edition of the Charity Auction of the Neymar Jr. Project Institute, held on Tuesday (10), at the Pacaembu Arena, in São Paulo. The main objective was to raise funds for the maintenance of the institute’s activities, which since 2014 has served children, adolescents and vulnerable families in the city of Praia Grande (SP).

Among the most symbolic moments of the night, an in particular item caught the attention: the iconic golden crown, bid by Neymar Pai for the amount of $ 3.5 million. The accessory had already been used by Neymar Jr. on other occasions and represented a kind of “symbol” of the night.

Another highlight of the auction was the exclusive lot that included a blazer used by Neymar Jr. during the event and a golden pendant with Riviera in diamonds, valued at $ 250,000. The package was bid for R $ 2.6 million by businessman Bruno Avelar, who also starred another curious moment of the night: he signed a contract of $ 3.5 million with the company Unikka Pharma using a fabric napkin as a paper. Also during the event, Avelar closed another deal with Sitron Security Cyber ​​in the amount of $ 1.5 million.

The ceremony was presented by a team of personalities that included Ana Castela, Tom Cavalcante, Ratinho, João Adibe Marques, Tati Barbieri and Neymar Jr. himself the soundtrack was on Alexandre Pires, who cheered the guests on the main stage.

Among the guests were known names of entertainment and business community, such as Ana Maria Braga, Celso Portiolli, Rodrigo Faro, Roberto Justus, Ana Paula Siebert, João Silva, Rafaella Santos and Deonale Bezerra, as well as Neymar Father and Marília Araújo, mother of the player.

The auction also offered exclusive experiences with big names in sports and music: a visit to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium with Vini Jr., a tennis game with Ronaldo Phenomenon, a trip to China with Felipe Massa, a Caribbean cruise and even the original cabinet used by Neymar Jr. in Vila Belmiro – posted alongside the other that belonged to Pelé.
