Artists mourn Francisco Cuoco’s death: ‘It has brought emotion to millions of homes’

Dead this Thursday (19), at the age of 91, Francisco Cuoco is being honored by colleagues from stage, television and the arts in general.

In his Instagram profile, Walcyr Carrasco wrote: “It left us today one of the greatest actors of our television. Francisco Cuoco was an icon, an artist who inspired generations and brought emotion to millions of homes. There is longing and eternal admiration. My feelings to family, friends and admirers.”

Elizabeth Savalla posted a record of a scene in which she appears hugging her colleague. “Very sad, a great actor, great friend, great Sagittarian, happy, happy, so dear. Lots of light in your walk, my dear. My deep weighing children and friends, so dear ours,” wrote the actress.

Murilo Rosa also manifested himself about the loss of his colleague: “Wow, absolutely a fantastic actor and a wonderful person. No words,” he wrote.

Actor Emilio Orciollo Netto published a photo with the veteran and wrote: “All my affection and respect for the great artist Francisco Cuoco. Mission accomplished, great friend. Rest in peace. You are giant”,

Marcelo Serrado also honored the star: “When I started on TV I was a big fan of Cuoco and then we did some things together on TV. Always kind and dear to me and all. If it was one of the great. Thanks for everything, for your talent.”
