Foo Fighters Released a MINOR Threat’s punk hymn, ‘I don’t wanna Hear it’which has been in production for 30 years. According to the band’s YouTube channel, the orchestral parties were recorded in 1995, while singer Dave Groll completed the vocals earlier this year.

The song was released as part of the celebrations for the 30th anniversary of the band and the accompanying music video includes photos from the last three decades. “I Don’t Wanna Hear It” was originally released in 1981 as part of the minor threat EP.

The Minor Threat was active between 1980-83 and had a deep impact on hardcore music, inspiring the “Straight Edge” movement – a subculture whose fans are abstaining from alcohol consumption, drug use and smoking. David Groll, a former Nirvana drummer, is known as the fan of Ian Makaiga’s Minor Threat, who later became the leader of the Fugazi. The Foo Fighters are about to return to the stage in October, this time without the help of drummer Josh Friz, who took over the position of the late Taylor Hawkins.
