The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro published a note on its social networks after Roberto Justus threatens to process a retired teacher from the institution.
The employee reportedly commented on “only guillotine” in a publication showing the businessman with his wife, Ana Paula Siebert, and five -year -old daughter, Vicky, sporting a luxurious bag.
In the statement, UFRJ stated that it is not responsible for the teacher’s social networks. “Marcos Dantas Loureiro has been retired by UFRJ since 2022. Posts published by it on their digital social networks express their personal opinions.”
“The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and the UFRJ School of Communication (ECO) repudiate any kind of thought expression that incites violence or arranged to third parties. UFRJ is an institution historically committed to the construction of a nation project through knowledge and science; it is based on the defense of humanist values, education, democracy and dialogue in Brazil,” says the text.
Understand the case
Last Sunday (6), an X page posted the photo of the five -year -old Justus daughter with a Fendi minibolsa valued at $ 15,000.
The teacher would have commented “only guillotine”. Although deleted, there are prints of the comment over the internet. Justus and Ana Paula published a video on the networks stating that they would sue who made the comments.
“It is to instigate death, hatred, it is unacceptable. That’s why we are talking, because it is unacceptable. If we start signing under the internet is the land of no one, that everyone can say what they want and write what they want. This is not how it works,” said Ana Paula.
“I’ve called the whole legal body. I will not accept threats to my family, there is no fit.
