The marriage between Lexa and Guimê ended in 2023, but a millionaire debt of a mansion they both had and an imbroglio involving other buyers are still in court.
About this, the singer decided to pronounce on the Instagram stories. According to her, she has tried in different ways to resolve the situation, but has not yet been able to. The debt refers to a purchase of a property in Alphaville in 2016 by the funkeiro worth R $ 2.2 million. According to the owners, Guimê would have failed to pay about $ 777 thousand. Both were together at the time.
“I have already spoken about it, it’s tiring, this has to run in the court. But just to make it clear once again: I’ve tried to make agreement, I’ve tried to share to pay and get rid of it, but I could never reach a consensus,” he said.
According to the singer, at one point, the new owners would even have accepted an agreement, but gave up and asked for more. “I’ve tried to get rid, I paid other accounts alone. It seems I don’t have good faith, but I’ve tried to solve. I don’t even know these people, but I keep trying, it’s tiring,” he said.
Remember the case
In 2023, the court determined that Lexa should bear the millionaire debt. The São Paulo Court of Justice interpreted that it was responsibly for the singer’s debt for having a universal union of goods with him. Even with the separation after the case of sexual harassment in BBB 23, the singer did not share the goods.
So, the owners of the mansion returned to court to charge the two of R $ 5.1 million for material damage for misuse of property. Among the allegations were a graffiti on one wall and the neglect of the pool, which would have been greenish water.
The owners demanded the termination of the contract of the property, which they succeeded, and the payment of compensation for enjoyment, ie, for the time when Guimê enjoyed the house. In October 2020, the funkeiro had been sentenced at first instance. The process is being a secret of justice.
At the time, Guimê said he signed the contract after dealing with bad people and denied that he was dumped by saying that when the decision left, he no longer lived there.
