A new video with enchanting landscapes of Greece and historical landmarks from Athens and Delphi to Spetses and Paxos was released today by the Greek Tourism Organization (EOT), with the aim of international promotion of the country as a top tourist destination.
The new video was created in collaboration with Netflix, utilizing the narrative power and including snapshots of popular shows and series of top streaming in the world.
Through the video, spectators from all over the world will have the opportunity to discover and become familiar with unique images of Greece, “starring” in series, films and documentaries by Netflix, such as “Maestro in Blue”, “A Perfect Story”, “Beckett”, “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mys” Lesvos ”, among others. Overall, the video is an “ode” to the country’s cultural heritage, natural beauty and lifestyle.
The production and release of the video is part of the collaboration signed by Netflix and the EOT in July 2024. Through this agreement, Netflix pledged to support Greece’s tourism industry, utilizing the global appeal of its series and films that were shot and played in Greece. The video will be actively utilized by EOT, in the context of various promotions, with a view to the strengthening of Greece’s tourism product and attracting travelers from around the world.
