Lucas Lucco is indicted on suspicion of estelionato in the sale of Porsches

Country singer Lucas Lucco, 34, and his father, Paulo Roberto de Oliveira, known as Paulim Lucco, are being investigated by estelionato by the Goiás Civil Police.

Lucas, the father and an alleged false lawyer would have sold two porsches with debt to a buyer. The artist’s press office confirms the F5 The investigation, but says he was caught by surprise and is the victim of a blow.

The artist and his father were indicted on suspicion of estelionate, ideological falsehood and criminal association. According to the investigations, the pair would have omitted that the Panamera Porsches were in default. The buyer would have gone as entry another Porsche, of the GT4 model, and paid the difference.

In an interview with TV Anhanguera, affiliated with Globo de Goiás, delegate Manoel Borges, from the 3rd Goiânia Civil Police Station, said the investigation began in March. “A car businessman would have been the victim of Lucas Lucco, the father and the fake lawyer,” he said.

“They would have, in collusion, made this exchange, but omitted that the cars were in default with the financial agent,” the delegate said.

According to the broadcaster, the investigations showed that the alleged false lawyer was the original owner of the Porsche GT4, who would be auctioned by debt. The suspect then passed the car to the businessman, who pledged to pay off the debt.

After that, the alleged false lawyer would have offered a business opportunity to the victim with the two Porsches that belonged to Lucas Lucco. Asked about omitting car delinquency, the artist would have told police that this did not happen.

The delegate added that the alleged false lawyer must also answer for procedural fraud for “committing a crime against the Court of the State of Goiás.”

To the F5Lucas Lucco’s legal advice said he and his father “were victims of a coup designed by Eliel Levistone Silva and Souza, who, presenting himself as a lawyer, engendered a criminal plan including falsification of digital signature of the singer, falsification of documents before the state of Goiás and other devices.”

The artist’s defense also says that he and Paulo Roberto “have suffered great financial damage” and that they are collaborating with investigations from the beginning. Eliel Levistone and his defense were not found to comment on the case.

“It is noteworthy that the case, besides being investigated in police inquiry that is processed in Goiânia (GO), is ‘sub judice’ on the Civil Court of the District of Uberlândia (MG), so that, after due process of law, the contradictory and the broad defense, the facts will be clarified, proving that Lucas Lucco and his father are in the position of victims of estelionate and other crimes.”
