Masterchef Brasil season 8 champion Isabella Scherer, 26, told her followers that she found out she was pregnant with twins. She had revealed her pregnancy at the end of March, and now she shared the news on her social media. “Good gift, it’s a double gift, right?”, she wrote.
In Stories, shared this Wednesday morning (6), she decided to open a box of questions for her fans to ask questions about the pregnancy and told how she found out she was expecting two babies. “My Beta HCG, which is the hormone, was at 220,000. There was only one option, to be twins,” she said.
“I was desperate at first, because besides one child there are two”, she revealed. She said her boyfriend Rodrigo Calazans tried to reassure her that they weren’t going to be twins and that she ended up getting mad at him. Isabella continued saying that in the ultrasound she was already “icy” seeing the two.
“I was panicking,” she continued, saying she asked her therapist to arrange a fitting appointment. “I was crying for two hours. But now I’m very happy that there are two”, she ended the sequence of videos published on her Instagram.
The model also shared the news on her social media. “1 + 1 = 4. A very different result from what I learned in school, and I was a good math student huh,” he wrote in the post’s caption.
Scherer and Calazans have been together for just over a year. The reality cooking champion said that she initially discovered her pregnancy on a trip to New York earlier this year, after feeling nauseous for a few days and taking four pregnancy tests.
“How crazy… I thought it would take a few years to come here to make this post, but life plans every surprise”, he declared. “First came the shock, and now the anxiety for these 9 months to pass quickly! One thing I’m sure of: I chose the best father in the world”.
Calazans also published the news, right after his girlfriend, with the caption: “small or tiny on the way”. In the comments, celebrities like Yanna Lavigne and Giullia Buscacio congratulated the couple. “Guys, that’s the cutest thing. Congratulations, Isa!”, wrote Manu Gavassi. “I want to see you and this baby! Congratulations!” wrote Isabella Santoni.
