João Guilherme sees prejudice in criticism for dating an older woman

Son of Fausto Silva, presenter João Guilherme Silva, 18, has not liked to see comments about his relationship with model Schynaider Moura, 33, who is 15 years older than him.

In an interview with Piauí magazine, he said that he considers those who do not accept their relationship that began three months ago to be prejudiced. “I really see it as prejudice. As Lulu Santos’ song says, we consider every form of love fair”, she said.

Schynaider is the mother of three daughters from her previous relationship, but that is not an obstacle for Guilherme. “I don’t like my personal life to be in the news, but I understand people’s interest. It’s part of it.”

The first public appearance between the two in an atmosphere of romance was at a weekend in Angra dos Reis (RJ), in January. She was once married to the brother of businessman Álvaro Garnero, Mário Garnero, the girls’ father.

Currently, João Guilherme runs the program with his father in Band. In a recent interview with F5, he said that he has been training by his father for at least three years and that he has not parachuted on TV.

“My father has been talking to me about my being on TV for two or three years. It wasn’t overnight that I went on the air. He planted this seed. Of course, I didn’t know that the premiere would be right next to him, but now is a special moment,” he said.

Recently, João Guilherme completed high school in Switzerland and returned to Brazil willing to put this dream of working with communication into practice. Now, he is also aiming to get into Radio and TV college to improve what he already knows.

“My only concern is to face comparison. There are people who will support and others will look bad. I’m here to learn with time. But I made the right decision. Everyone has the right to say what they want, I won’t be angry, but I’m working hard and I’m going to give results”, he assured.
