So what can you do to deal with the uncertainty caused by anything you can’t control?

Do not try to control everything that happens around you, as this “habit” is a destructive trend that only fills you with anxiety and a sense of failure.

You have to accept that some things happen and will continue to happen beyond your power or against your will. Still, a highly liberating tip is to leave the past behind. The past is gone. You can not change it. But you can change the present. You can live in the present. You can create the ideal present. You can create your own reality to some degree. After all, life needs a small dose of imagination and madness. Yes, you can control some things or at least you can control the way you perceive them.
