Paulo Vieira leaves Lula and Janja’s wedding with box of sweets: ‘Don’t judge me’

Comedian and presenter Paulo Vieira, 29, attended the wedding of former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), 76, with sociologist Rosângela da Silva, to Janja, 55, and showed his fans and followers that he left event with not just a plate of sweets, but a full box.

Vieira said on Twitter that he won the sweets after making friends with the waiters and waitresses at the wedding. “Don’t judge me,” he wrote in the tweet. The celebration took place on Wednesday night (18), at a party house in Brooklin, south of São Paulo and had other celebrities present.

“We’re leaving Lula and Janja’s wedding! Congratulations, Lula! Congratulations, Janja! And look what we’re taking, a box of candy! This box was full, but there was a lot of press at the door and we stopped the car and gave it. We fed the press with candy”, he said alongside his girlfriend, Ilana Sales.

“This is friendship that we make with the waiter and the waitress, right love? A contraband that was allowed here. Best party in the world! We’re leaving happy, completely drunk and with a box of sweets”, completed the artist. In another record, shared by a fan, it is possible to see the comedian distributing the sweets after leaving the event.

At the party, the guests bet on elegant looks for the party, but with coats to protect themselves from the low temperatures that hit the capital – during the ceremony, the thermometers marked an average of 10ºC with a thermal sensation of 4ºC, according to the CGE (Centro de Gestão of emergency).
