Christos Karydas’s gynecologist told SKAI that he was deeply shocked by the untimely death of Parthena Koutmeridou. As he revealed, not even 2 out of 10 pregnant women are vaccinated by his own clients.
Commenting on a report that the vaccination rate in Serres is just under 50%, he even spoke of a generous rate. “People ostentatiously refuse to be vaccinated,” said the gynecologist.
“We have repeatedly spoken about the need to vaccinate the couple, because it protects lives and saves babies. Patti decided to be vaccinated after giving birth … There was a factor of fear after the negative publicity of the first time with the AstraZeneca vaccine etc… It was tragic for the baby and for her. “It was a breath of fresh air to bring the baby into the world,” said Mr. Karydas. “Unfortunately only the baby was saved. I am deeply shocked,” he added.
He stated that one of his first female clients will be vaccinated in the morning after the publication of the tragedy, something that makes him happy. He attributed their dichotomy to vaccinating their child in love.
