Mônica Bergamo: Sale of Covid test collected at home is already higher in 5 days than in the whole of December

The online sale of PCR-Lamp tests, which can be done at home, by the meuDNA brand was already 10% higher in the first five days of January than in the entire month of December 2021.

ORDER

In this test modality, the person receives the material and collects about 5 ml of saliva. After that, the responsible company takes the sample at home and makes the result available online within 24 hours.

GROWING

In addition to sales, the volume of Covid-19 diagnoses from meuDNA also grew: if in December the average number of tests that arrived at the laboratory and were positive was 6%, in January this rate jumped to 19.9%.
